I have been in the Fitness Industry for a little over 20 years. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them meet their in-home fitness needs. I realize that everyone has different fitness needs, so I will always ask what they are looking to achieve. Throughout my life, fitness has always excited me. I was involved in many sports growing up including track, football, baseball, and basketball. At Eastern Illinois, I graduated with a bachelors in exercise science. I also have 5 years of personal training experience. If you are just starting your fitness journey or an experienced athlete, I am perfect person to help you chose the right fitness equipment for you.

Being involved in sports & fitness has been a priority for most of my life having participated in various exercise programs to maintain my health and especially my strength. Due to that, I have had my share of injuries along with the surgeries to get me back to normal. So, I do know what it's like to get back to YOUR normal.
