In-Home, Lifetime Warranty; This Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid, Inc.(Body-Solid) under the Body-Solid brand name. The warranty period to the original purchaser is lifetime of the original purchaser.

Body-Solid warrants that the Product you have purchased for non-commercial, personal, family, or household use from Body-Solid or from an authorized Body-Solid reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you. It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finish. This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with the Product.
During the warranty period Body-Solid will at no additional charge, repair or replace (at Body-Solid's option) the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Warranty under normal non-commercial, personal, family, or household use. In repairing the product Body-Solid may replace defective parts or, at the option of Body-Solid, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. This home gym was even more than I expected in quality. Having not seen the product in person, I relied on descriptions of the type of construction and compared to similar price points. I saved several hundred dollars over local venues AND got free shipping (which was around $300-500 locally). It arrived within a few days, which is extremely fast. The assembly is a bit time-consuming with a lot of small parts...follow the diagrams! I would recommend this home gym to anyone

Large, heavy, or high value items will ship via LTL freight carrier. These shipments usually have extended handling times, then ship from the Chicagoland area. Delivery takes place MONDAY-FRIDAY usually during business hours, you must be present and a signature is required.
The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. They will use the phone number on your order confirmation to call you, please ensure this is the best method to reach you. Please contact us if you need to add or change this number. Additional fees may be incured for redelivery if you are not present for the scheduled appointment, or if they cannot reach you to schedule the delivery.
During delivery the carrier truck will park on the street as close to your address as possible. An optional Lift-Gate service lowers the palletized shipment down to the ground curbside. Please call us for additional services like white glove delivery or installation.
Damage: It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to the truck's departure. Please note any damage to packaging, and missing items on the freight bill. Ensure the number of boxes present matches the number on the bill This will aid in the return/replacement process.
Address Changes: If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, you must contact us directly as soon as possible at 800-383-9300 and have your order number ready. Some changes may be not possible, and carriers may charge a fee if the item is already in the area of your old address, and must be relocated.
