Floor Models tend to show light signs of usage but do not obtain the amount of usage or wear and tear that would occur on a regularly used product or item in a home or facility.
Our floor models are covered under the normal manufacturer warranty but would not include esthetic nuances, such as scratches, small dents, chips or cosmetic flaws that do not interfere with the functionality of the product.
Floor Models remain assembled for shipping, please call for shipping quote. Local pick up is encouraged so you can inspect the product before purchasing. Local delivery is available. Separate charges occur for disassembly delivery and re-assembly. Contact our fitness consultants for a quote.
Floor model inventory is very limited. If you order a floor model online you must receive a confirmation from one of our fitness consultants to confirm the availability of the product and finalize your purchase. Most floor model items are available through our local stores and may be sold locally prior to its removal from our website.
All floor models are sold As-Is and in good working condition. All floor model items are discounted to the very lowest prices possible and are Final Sales. We do not accept returns or exchanges of floor model product
