Cast Iron Plates are virtually indestructible. Plates come in two styles indicated by the diameter of the center hole. Standard size plates fit a 1" barbell, and Olympic plates fit a 2" barbell.
Gray Grip Plates are cast iron with a Hammertone gray finish, quad-grip design enables easy pick up and carry.
Rubber Grip Plates are encased in durable heavy duty rubber that won't split or crack. The 2" hole has an integrated metal sleeve . Quad-grip design enables easy pick up and carry.
Bumper Plates are 100% solid resilient rubber.  All plates have the same diameter with different thicknesses and have an Integrated metal sleeve.
