| This is a very high quality set of dumbells; each much better built (not to mention way nicer looking) than the standard cast iron dumbell. They don't chip or make a loud noise when struck together. A couple very minor things to note is that they have a black greasy coating on the rubber that should be wipped off well before use (unless you don't mind black marks on anything they touch). Also, the do have a slight rubber smell - not overpowering, but noticeable when entering the room. After a few weeks it is still present. I've noticed the same smell in gyms and never heard anyone complain. All in all, I am very satisfied with this dumbell set. |

| I ordered the 80lbs through 100lbs and they are perfect! It will be awhile before I'm up to the 100lbs set but it was a lot cheaper buying the set then individually...Fast shipping too...Will buy from Fitness Factory again...Great prices and fast service..... |

| Awesome! I ordered the 550 set plus two each 3lbs, 8lbs, and 12lbs. I also ordered the GDR60 with optional 3rd tier along with a couple of benches. Body Solid is affordable and Fitness Factory Outlet does an awesome job keeping their customers happy. The more you buy, the more you save. Free S&H always helps. As other customers mentioned the rubber on these bad boys smell. I did followed advise to use a water/baking soda/vinegar solution; however, they still smell. After a week or so I cleaned them once again with water and Mr. Clean. The smell is almost completely gone. I didn't mind the smell in my garage, but in the house...its almost unbearable...specially with forced air heater :-) One more thing...ask for Terry L when you call. He was very kind and helpful. | I picked up the 5-50lb and 55-75lb sets along with the Body Solid rack and 3rd tier. I can fit the 25-75lb dumbbells perfectly on the rack w/3rd tier. I just keep the smaller ones on the floor. The dumbbells have a nice ergonomic grip and are very high quality. They will have a little oil residue on them when you take them out of the box, but its not bad to clean up. It took me a little while, but I went through and meticulously cleaned each one completely (handle and rubber) with a natural "disinfecting multi-surface" spray cleaner. After doing so, I have not noticed any issues whatsoever with any strong rubber smell or anything. I've been wanting a nice set of dumbbells for a long, long, time and I can't tell you how great it is to finally have some! Terry L. was excellent to deal with! I WILL do business here again. |

| Look and feel great! Fitness Factory and Body Solid have done an incredible job with the overall craftsmanship of this set. I bought the 5-50 set (SDRS 550) and the big 3 tier rack (GDR603T) because I want to expand all the way up to the 120's. The dumbbells fit easily on the larger rack, with plenty of leftover room. |
Large, heavy, or high value items will ship via LTL freight carrier. These shipments usually have extended handling times, then ship from the Chicagoland area. Delivery takes place MONDAY-FRIDAY usually during business hours, you must be present and a signature is required.
The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. They will use the phone number on your order confirmation to call you, please ensure this is the best method to reach you. Please contact us if you need to add or change this number. Additional fees may be incured for redelivery if you are not present for the scheduled appointment, or if they cannot reach you to schedule the delivery.
During delivery the carrier truck will park on the street as close to your address as possible. An optional Lift-Gate service lowers the palletized shipment down to the ground curbside. Please call us for additional services like white glove delivery or installation.
Damage: It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to the truck's departure. Please note any damage to packaging, and missing items on the freight bill. Ensure the number of boxes present matches the number on the bill This will aid in the return/replacement process.
